Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the supervisory controls framework and related documentation
• Drive change management activities and ensure effective communication of updates
• Produce regular reporting on control framework health and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, focusing on supervision, compliance, or risk management
• Experience in maintaining a control framework in a regulated environment
• Experience supporting internal audits and compliance testing
• Prior people leadership experience in a matrixed environment
• FINRA Series 7, 63 & 65 or 66, & 24 certifications
