AVP Supervisory Controls Governance

Job Summary

Leading the ongoing maintenance of the Supervisory Controls Management framework, the full-time AVP Supervisory Controls Governance will manage control governance, documentation management, and change management coordination while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the supervisory controls framework, including documentation and control ownership
• Drive change management activities and ensure documentation is updated and communicated as necessary
• Produce regular reporting on control framework health and coordinate audit and compliance testing readiness

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in supervision, compliance, or internal audit
• Experience enhancing a control framework or governance program in a regulated environment
• Experience supporting internal audits and compliance testing, including issue management
• Proficiency in creating executive-ready reporting and governance materials
• Prior people leadership experience or evidence of team coordination in a matrixed environment
