Job Summary

A company is looking for an Award Booking Concierge (Contract, Commission) to assist customers in maximizing their loyalty points for travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in crafting creative itineraries using their points and priorities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone to facilitate bookings
• Liaise with airlines and loyalty programs on behalf of customers as needed

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience booking award flights and finding creative redemptions
• Strong understanding of major airline alliances and partnerships
• Familiarity with award-space search tools across multiple loyalty programs
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to responsiveness and customer service
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
