Job Summary
Supporting the awards team in a temporary, onsite capacity, the Awards Coordinator will manage submission tracking, data entry, and coordination of awards-related materials and deadlines while working closely with the Awards Director and Specialist.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage awards submission tracking, deadlines, and status updates across multiple projects
- Support data entry, asset organization, and maintenance of internal trackers and spreadsheets
- Coordinate high-volume email communication and follow-up related to awards activity
Required qualifications:
- Strong administrative experience in awards, entertainment, publicity, or a similar fast-paced support environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, and SharePoint
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines
- Basic Photoshop experience for light editing support is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination capabilities
