Job Summary
Providing essential administrative and logistical support, the full-time Awards Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operations of national awards programs, assist with digital platform administration, and deliver exceptional customer service to applicants and jurors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely customer service for all inquiries regarding awards programs and maintain accurate records of application and review data
- Draft program correspondences and update marketing materials related to awards, including web pages and online submission materials
- Support the Senior Manager of Awards with administrative tasks, including invoice processing and coordination of awards announcements and events
Required qualifications
- High-volume administrative support experience, preferably in nonprofit or customer service environments
- Proficient customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
- Organized with experience in maintaining accurate records and managing digital file systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable managing virtual meetings
- Aptitude to seek additional technical skills related to program administration and governance
