AWS AI Infrastructure Architect

Job Summary

Leading the architecture for the Edge Cloud AIaaS platform, the full-time AWS AI Infrastructure Architect will design and govern the end-to-end reference architecture, manage engineering teams, and interface with customers and AWS in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reference architecture for the Edge Cloud AIaaS platform, including AWS landing zone and NVIDIA GPU compute
• Design the EKSon Outposts topology and architect multitenant isolation models while defining the NVIDIA inference architecture
• Establish security architecture and provide governance reviews for infrastructure as code and designs, guiding engineering pods

Required qualifications

• 12 years of IT experience with 5 years in cloud platform architecture on AWS at production scale
• Deep understanding of AWS Outposts, EKS, VPC networking, and multi-account landing zone Control Tower
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes architecture, including multitenancy and EKSon Outposts constraints
• Experience with GPU AI infrastructure architecture and HADR architecture for multiregion resiliency
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent depth
