Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS/Amazon Connect Developer (Federal).

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and build AWS Connect infrastructure using various AWS core services
Develop automation scripts to optimize operational processes and cloud integrations
Analyze business processes and translate them into Amazon Connect and Salesforce solutions

Required Qualifications:

3-5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS development and cloud architecture in the Federal space
Expertise in AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
Deep knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures
Experience building AI-driven chatbots with Amazon Lex and designing contact center solutions
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Node.js, or similar)
