AWS Amazon Connect Engineer
Job Summary
To support the implementation and optimization of Amazon Connect Contact Center Operations, the full-time remote AWS Amazon Connect Engineer will manage the deployment and configuration of ACCO components, establish governance standards, and integrate telephony systems.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy ACCO user interfaces, APIs, and AWS resources using OpenTofu Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ACCO configuration and deployment management
- Configure telephony services and validate DNIS setup for Amazon Connect environments
Required qualifications
- Experience implementing and administering Amazon Connect solutions
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including IAM, Lambda, and DynamoDB
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as OpenTofu or Terraform
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in AWS environments
- Understanding of contact center operations, routing, and telephony implementation
