AWS App Modernization Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time AWS App Modernization Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying of software systems, providing technical and strategic guidance to customers while working remotely or from the New York or New Jersey office.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers shape their cloud adoption journey by providing technical and strategic guidance
- Consult, plan, design, and implement cloud-native application solutions, reviewing existing architectures for improvements
- Code, test, and deploy refinements in customer applications while building and automating infrastructure operations
Required qualifications
- Professional experience architecting and operating full-stack web and mobile applications on AWS
- Proficiency in core technologies such as Terraform, CloudFormation, EC2, Lambda, and .NET
- Experience with customer-facing software/technology roles
- Ability to work legally in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Familiarity with AWS services and best practices for cloud-native application development
