AWS Architect for Amazon Connect

Job Summary

To design and optimize scalable digital contact center solutions, the full-time AWS Architect for Amazon Connect will lead architecture initiatives, integrate enterprise systems, and enhance customer and agent experiences through automation and real-time data workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AWS-based solutions for Amazon Connect digital contact centers
• Build custom chat widgets and agent desktops using Lambda, API Gateway, and modern front-end frameworks
• Implement GenAI solutions and integrate conversational intelligence into customer and agent workflows

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AWS architecture and cloud solution development
• Deep expertise with Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, and related AWS services
• Proven experience with GenAI technologies and cloud infrastructure security practices
• Experience building custom chat widgets and agent workspace solutions
• Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and real-time event streaming
