Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales strategic guidance and recommend initiatives to enhance clients' technology experience
• Develop customized actionable recommendations to increase cloud solution adoption
• Act as the voice of the customer by conducting business reviews and improving team processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant technical discipline from an accredited university
• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing positions, preferably in client success roles
• 2+ years of technical experience with Public Cloud, SaaS, Data Center, or Network technology
• Experience in understanding and explaining cloud costs
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is required
