Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: Cloud Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to approximately 35 learners in the Cloud Support Specialist training program
• Monitor Slack channels for learner questions and facilitate discussions, ensuring timely responses and engagement
• Grade learner submissions and provide feedback, while also participating in weekly staff meetings and submitting weekly write-ups

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, Networking, or DevOps
• Certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Empathy, flexibility, and a passion for supporting diverse learners
• Outstanding team and people management skills
• Prior mentorship or teaching experience is preferred
