Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Cloud Architect for a 6+ month remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture of cloud solutions using AWS CDK and define architecture standards and best practices
Oversee development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and implement automated CI/CD workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cloud architectures and produce documentation for compliance and governance

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or cloud architecture roles
Expert proficiency with AWS CDK and IaC patterns
Strong technical background in TypeScript or Python for infrastructure automation
Experience architecting systems across multiple AWS services
Knowledge of IaC ecosystems, including CloudFormation and Terraform
