AWS Cloud Architect

Job Summary

AWS Cloud Architect, a remote contract position responsible for supporting the Lead Architect in implementing complex enterprise applications on AWS, driving migration of legacy applications, and providing hands-on coding expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Architect in defining and implementing enterprise applications on AWS
• Drive the migration of on-prem legacy applications to AWS, ensuring secure and scalable solutions
• Lead database design and develop CI/CD pipelines while maintaining code quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise cloud solutions, specifically AWS
• Proven experience in application migration to AWS cloud, including legacy systems
• Strong coding skills in Java (Spring Boot, REST) and front-end technologies (Angular, HTML5)
• Expertise in SOA, Microservices, and distributed processing architectures
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, and Nexus
