AWS Cloud Architect

Job Summary

Supporting the Lead Architect, the contract Sr. AWS Cloud Architect will drive the architecture, design, development, and migration of complex enterprise applications to AWS cloud, ensuring secure and scalable solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the migration of on-prem legacy applications to AWS, ensuring secure and resilient solutions
• Provide hands-on coding expertise in Java and front-end technologies while leading database design and data modeling
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and uphold code quality standards, collaborating in an Agile-SCRUM environment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud solutions with a focus on AWS
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java (Spring Boot, REST, Security, JPA) and front-end technologies (Angular, HTML5, CSS)
• Deep expertise in SOA, Microservices, and distributed processing architectures
• Experience designing and developing database systems with RDBMS including PostgreSQL and Oracle
• Skilled in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins and GitLab
