AWS Cloud Architect

Job Summary

To support enterprise applications and mission-critical services, the contract AWS Cloud Architect will design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud architectures remotely while ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable AWS cloud architectures, including high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Oversee infrastructure as code deployments and establish CI/CD pipelines to streamline software updates
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions and diagnose complex infrastructure issues

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card status with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience in AWS cloud architecture or DevOps
• Deep expertise with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudFormation
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and CI/CD technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
