AWS Cloud Architect

Job Summary

To support enterprise applications and data platforms, the contract AWS Cloud Architect will design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud architectures while working remotely and must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and manage secure, resilient AWS cloud architectures for mission-critical services
• Develop infrastructure solutions, including high-availability and disaster recovery strategies
• Oversee infrastructure as code deployments and establish CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software updates

Required qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card status with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience in AWS cloud architecture or DevOps
• Deep expertise with various AWS services, including VPC, EC2, and IAM
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
