AWS Cloud Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract AWS Cloud Architect will design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud architectures remotely while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and manage secure, resilient AWS cloud architectures for enterprise applications and data platforms
• Define migration strategies for transitioning on-premises workloads to AWS and establish CI/CD pipelines
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions while diagnosing and resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues

Required qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card status with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience in AWS cloud architecture or DevOps
• Deep expertise with AWS services such as VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, and RDS
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
