AWS Cloud Architect III

Job Summary

Supporting the Lead Architect, the remote contract Sr. AWS Cloud Architect III will drive the architecture, design, and migration of complex enterprise applications to AWS cloud while providing expert-level coding and ensuring secure and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive architecture and migration of on-prem legacy applications to AWS cloud
• Provide hands-on coding expertise in Java and front-end technologies while leading database design and development
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and uphold code quality standards while collaborating in Agile-SCRUM methodology

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud solutions with a focus on AWS
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java (Spring Boot, REST, Security, JPA) and front-end technologies (Angular, HTML5, CSS)
• Deep expertise in SOA, Microservices, and distributed processing architectures
• Experience designing and developing database systems with RDBMS including PostgreSQL and Oracle
• Skilled in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins and GitLab
