AWS Cloud Enablement Engineer

Job Summary

To support the engineering organization, the remote AWS Cloud Enablement Engineer will implement cloud standards, optimize deployment processes, and enhance developer experiences through automation and self-service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement AWS cloud standards for infrastructure and software components, focusing on security, speed, and cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for deployment in an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environment
• Support and maintain automation and deployment processes to improve developer experience and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science or equivalent relevant professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in AWS Cloud Services or developer experience tooling, including specific AWS technologies
• Experience with CI/CD processes and commercial tooling such as GitLab and GitHub
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Bash
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
