Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud infrastructure, application architecture, and security architecture
Build tools and automation for improved cloud service availability and efficiency
Monitor environments and perform root cause analysis on production system failures

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of IT principles including infrastructure support and application development
Strong understanding of AWS services such as ALB, EC2, ECS, and S3
Experience with AWS security best practices and Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation
Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues in mixed environments
Experience managing multiple IT projects throughout their lifecycle
