AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing, building, and operating secure, scalable cloud platforms on AWS, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance mission-critical production workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and operate enterprise-grade AWS environments focusing on scalability, reliability, and security
• Author and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation with rigorous version control
• Implement comprehensive observability and monitoring solutions using AWS tools and third-party services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of cloud engineering experience, with at least three years focused on AWS in production environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and RDS
• Production-grade experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
• Solid experience designing and operating Amazon EKS or ECS clusters at scale
