AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer for a full-time remote position to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms on Amazon Web Services, focusing on infrastructure-as-code, automation, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and operate enterprise-grade AWS environments with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and security
• Author and maintain production-quality infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
• Implement disaster-recovery strategies and strengthen security posture using AWS security services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of cloud engineering experience, with at least three years focused on AWS in production environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, and RDS
• Production-grade experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Solid experience designing and operating Amazon EKS or ECS clusters at scale
