AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AWS Cloud Engineer will manage the deployment and configuration of AWS resources, develop Infrastructure-as-Code templates, and ensure the health and availability of cloud instances while supporting CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Software Engineering to deploy and configure AWS resources for new product features
• Develop and update Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates to automate SaaS environment management
• Manage and troubleshoot the health of Windows-based cloud instances to ensure high availability

Required qualifications

• AS or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for operational automation
• AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer - Associate or equivalent certification is highly desired
