AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support a high-performance team driving cloud migration for customers, the full-time Sr. Cloud Comp Engineer will design and manage cloud architecture, implement automation technologies, and ensure compliance with federal policies while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create cloud infrastructure diagrams and high-level architecture designs
• Design, develop, and operate automation technologies for continuous integration and delivery
• Implement monitoring capabilities for cloud-hosted systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science, systems engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud engineering, specifically with AWS
• Expertise in core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
• Advanced AWS certifications preferred, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation
