AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support cloud migration and modernization initiatives, the contract AWS Cloud Platform Engineer will design, build, and manage scalable cloud environments across AWS while working remotely and requiring U.S. citizenship or Green Card status for public trust clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage secure, highly available cloud platform environments using AWS
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform standards and optimize performance

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card status with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Minimum six years of relevant experience in AWS cloud platform engineering
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of cloud networking fundamentals and experience with container platforms like Kubernetes
