AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support cloud migration and modernization initiatives, the contract AWS Cloud Engineer will design, build, and manage scalable AWS cloud environments remotely while implementing Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage secure, highly available cloud platform environments across AWS
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard workloads and enforce security standards

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card status with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Minimum six years of relevant experience in AWS cloud platform engineering
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of cloud networking fundamentals and experience with container platforms like Kubernetes
