AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AWS Cloud Engineer will deploy and configure cloud resources in AWS, advise clients on modern cloud technologies, and resolve infrastructure challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure modular cloud-based systems within AWS
• Advise clients on the design and implementation of AWS cloud technologies
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure and application deployment challenges

Required qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions
• Experience configuring Kubernetes clusters and deploying applications in a containerized environment
• Understanding of network/VPC design and security principles
• Preferred: Associate/Pro level certification in AWS
