Job Summary
To support cloud financial management initiatives, the full-time AWS Cloud Engineer specializing in FinOps will implement cost optimization strategies, manage cloud resources, and drive alignment across various teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement AWS cost optimization strategies, including EC2 rightsizing and scheduling
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code and cloud automation scripting
- Drive alignment and collaboration across CXO, Cloud Business Office, and application teams
Required qualifications
- Experience with AWS FinOps and cost optimization implementation
- Proficiency in Terraform and cloud automation scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework and governance practices
- Knowledge of AWS Organizations, IAM, and CloudWatch
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Harness, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
