AWS Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Job Summary

To support a federal Enterprise Data Platform modernization initiative, the full-time Cloud Infrastructure Architect (AWS) will design, implement, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure while working remotely within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise-scale data platform operations
• Develop architecture solutions utilizing AWS networking services such as VPCs, subnets, and security groups
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions utilizing Terraform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum seven years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure or platform operations
• Minimum five years of experience designing and supporting AWS environments
• Experience with AWS networking, security, storage, and compute services
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code solutions utilizing Terraform or similar tools
