• Lead incident response, performance optimization, and ensure compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering roles with leadership progression
• Proven experience managing and scaling infrastructure or cloud engineering teams
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Strong background in building and operating scalable, reliable production systems
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and automation practices
