AWS Cloud Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support secure and scalable network infrastructure, the contract AWS Cloud Network Engineer will design, implement, and manage network systems across on-premises and AWS environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage secure network infrastructure for AWS and on-premises systems, ensuring optimal performance and interoperability
• Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and develop network architecture, including documentation and testing
• Support and maintain Cisco ASR-based network infrastructure while implementing best practices for cloud networking

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card status with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Minimum six years of experience in Network Architecture and/or Engineering
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud networking and knowledge of routing protocols and security standards
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
