AWS Cloud Service Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Managing end-to-end delivery of AWS Infrastructure Managed Services, the full-time Cloud Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager will oversee service excellence, customer management, and cloud operations leadership in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the delivery of AWS Infrastructure Managed Services, including managing SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting
- Lead Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes while ensuring security compliance across AWS environments
- Drive automation, cloud optimization, and continuous service improvement initiatives, managing customer relationships and delivery teams
Required qualifications
- 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services with at least 5 years in AWS Cloud Operations and Managed Services
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate certifications
- Proficiency in ITIL Service Management and ServiceNow
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Strong skills in AWS Networking, Security, Backup, and Disaster Recovery
