AWS Cloud Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Cloud Support Engineer Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Terraform-based infrastructure deployments on AWS, including routine changes and drift resolution
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues related to compute, networking, and identity services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement standardized cloud patterns and participate in incident response

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in cloud support engineering
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation operations
• Practical experience with Jenkins and Terraform
• Familiarity with AWS core services such as IAM and compute
• Ability to quickly learn new cloud platforms and services
