AWS Connect Administrator

Job Summary

Managing cloud-native infrastructure for telecommunication systems, the full-time AWS Connect Administrator will administer AWS-hosted services, perform system administration tasks, and ensure high availability and security of telephony workloads, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support AWS Connect, EC2, and S3, focusing on system performance and security
• Monitor cloud system performance and resolve infrastructure issues to maintain 24/7 uptime
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration

Required qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Deep understanding of AWS Connect operations and related services
• Experience with AWS IAM, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, and CloudFormation
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts including VPC and security groups
• Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably SAFe
