Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Connect Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AWS Connect architecture for the contact center
Create and configure IVR flows and integrate AI-powered bots for customer interactions
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and documentation for the contact center solution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Connect
Strong knowledge of IVR systems and contact center operations
US Citizenship required; applicant must reside within the continental United States
Experience with AI technologies and ServiceNow
