AWS Connect Developer
Job Summary
To support innovative cloud solutions, the contract AWS Connect Developer will design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and management of back-end services and UI development
- Document architectural decisions and provide guidance to the development team
- Develop complex RESTful services and foster a DevOps culture around automation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, or Software Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Java or NodeJS enterprise development
- 3+ years of hands-on application architecture experience for large enterprise solutions
- Experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and routing
