Job Summary

To support the development of innovative enterprise solutions, the full-time AWS Connect Developer will design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design, planning, and management of back-end services and UI development
Document and present architectural decisions to team members and management
Design and implement Amazon Connect related features and functionality, including complex RESTful services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
10+ years of experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, or Software Engineer
Strong knowledge of Java or NodeJS enterprise development and integration middleware
3+ years of hands-on application architecture experience for large enterprise solutions
Experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows, queues, and Lex Chatbots
