AWS Connect Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing contact center practice, the contract AWS Connect Developer will design, build, and configure Amazon Connect contact flows, develop AWS Lambda functions, and integrate systems while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure Amazon Connect contact flows, including IVR, routing profiles, and queues
- Develop AWS Lambda functions to enhance contact flows and integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems
- Monitor and optimize contact center performance using CloudWatch metrics and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of related experience in Amazon Connect development and configuration
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda integrations and contact flow design
