Job Summary

A company is looking for an Amazon Connect Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Node.js
Integrate Amazon Connect with backend systems and third-party APIs
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high availability and performance

Required Qualifications:

5+ years Amazon Connect implementation experience
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and integrations
Experience with enterprise contact center deployments and migrations
Working knowledge of telephony fundamentals (SIP trunking, PSTN routing)
Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
