AWS Connect Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Connect Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AWS Connect and AWS Bedrock
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure proper application architecture configurations
• Monitor system performance and manage incident responses, including root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working with AWS products or similar technology
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or equivalent technical training
• Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies and application architecture design
• AWS Connect or AWS Bedrock Certifications preferred
• Experience with Agile principles and frameworks
