AWS Connect Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the technical design and management of back-end services, the full-time AWS Connect Engineer will work remotely to develop and maintain Amazon Connect features, deliver prototypes, and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect related features and functionality
- Document and present architectural decisions to team members and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create agile, user-friendly software solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, or Software Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Java or NodeJS enterprise development
- 3+ years of hands-on application architecture experience for large enterprise solutions
- Experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and routing
