Job Summary

Working remotely on a 6+ month contract basis, an AWS Connect Software Engineer will lead the design and development of enterprise-scale solutions, focusing on Amazon Connect integrations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance contact center platforms.

Key responsibilities

Lead technical design, planning, and delivery of back-end services and UI components
Architect and implement Amazon Connect features, including configuration of queues, agents, and workflows
Develop and maintain complex RESTful APIs and microservices using Java or NodeJS

Required qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead
Proven expertise in AWS Connect engineering, including queues, routing, and operational availability
Strong experience with Java or NodeJS for enterprise application development
Hands-on experience architecting and deploying large-scale cloud solutions, preferably on AWS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
