Job Summary

Managing cloud-native infrastructure, the full-time AWS Connect System Administrator will administer and support telecommunication systems, focusing on AWS-hosted services while ensuring high availability and security for mission-critical communication.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer AWS Connect and related services, performing system administration tasks in AWS GovCloud
  • Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure issues to maintain 24/7 uptime
  • Implement security measures and automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools
Required qualifications
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Deep understanding of AWS Connect operations and related integrations
  • Experience with AWS IAM, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, and CloudFormation
  • Familiarity with cloud networking concepts including VPC and security groups
  • Experience working in an Agile organization, preferably with SAFe methodology
