AWS Connect System Administrator

Job Summary

To support telecommunication systems, the full-time AWS Connect System Administrator will manage AWS-hosted services, perform system administration tasks in AWS GovCloud, and ensure high availability and security for mission-critical communication, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support cloud-native infrastructure, focusing on AWS Connect, EC2, and S3
• Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure issues to maintain 24/7 uptime
• Implement security measures and automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools

Required qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Deep understanding of AWS Connect operations and related integrations
• Experience with AWS IAM, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, and CloudFormation
• Familiarity with networking concepts in cloud environments, including VPC and security groups
• Experience working in an Agile organization, preferably with SAFe methodology
