Job Summary

To support a modern migration journey, the full-time AWS Contact Center Engineer will design, develop, and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows and routing strategies while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and build robust Amazon Connect contact flows for modernized contact center operations
  • Architect and implement complex call routing designs, including profiles, queues, and dynamic routing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact flows
  • 2+ years of experience in call routing design and implementation
  • 1+ years of experience with version control systems such as Git or GitHub
  • 1+ years of experience or familiarity with Genesys contact center environments
