AWS Data & AI Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & AI Engineering Lead, a hands-on technical expert dedicated to engineering excellence and the frontier of Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce engineering standards for data, ML, GenAI, and agentic systems
• Operate a Data, GenAI & Agentic AI Center of Excellence and lead internal training initiatives
• Design reusable accelerators and reference architectures to enhance project efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, ML, or AI systems
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud-native Data, GenAI, and Agentic AI systems on AWS
• Strong programming skills in Python, particularly for data manipulation and automation
• Proven experience with data lakes, ML lifecycle management, and GenAI systems
• AWS certifications (GenAI, Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are required
