AWS Data Engineer
Job Summary
AWS Data Engineer is a full-time position focused on leading the modernization of a healthcare data platform using AWS services, requiring extensive experience in data engineering and cloud architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization of the healthcare data platform and architect the migration to AWS
- Design and build reporting layers for business stakeholders to run SQL queries against healthcare data
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and apply Infrastructure as Code practices for data infrastructure management
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering with a focus on AWS
- Proven experience in cloud data platform migrations in enterprise or healthcare environments
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services such as S3, Athena, and Redshift
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
