AWS Data Engineer
Job Summary
AWS Data Engineer is a full-time position focused on leading the modernization of a healthcare data platform by transitioning to a scalable AWS architecture and enabling seamless data access for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the healthcare data platform from MSSQL to AWS data architecture
- Design and implement data storage and query solutions to optimize performance and cost
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective data models
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering with a strong AWS focus
- Proven experience in architecting cloud data platform migrations in enterprise or healthcare settings
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS data services such as S3, Athena, and Redshift
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity
