AWS Data Engineer

Job Summary

AWS Data Engineer is a full-time position focused on leading the modernization of a healthcare data platform by transitioning to a scalable AWS architecture and enabling efficient data reporting and querying for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the healthcare data platform to a cloud-native AWS architecture
• Design and build reporting layers that allow non-technical users to run SQL queries against healthcare data
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for data infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering with a strong focus on AWS
• Proven experience in cloud data platform migrations in enterprise or healthcare environments
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS data services such as S3, Athena, and Redshift
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
